This particular page is embedded in the payment page when you make payment; has a section to agree, without agreeing to policies on that page, the reservation will not escalate further. Every Room Plan page has a URL link to suggest a reading of these policies. You agree to all the policies defined on this privacy policy page when you make payments through the check-out process.

  1. For any alteration in the room plan, you are free to do so within the time frame mentioned earlier. We are bound to change your requirements once you have followed the rule.
  2. Hotel check-in and check-out time 12:00 Noon-standard Indian time.
  3. All Room-Plans accommodate 2 Adults and 2 children, additional people will be charged extra on the day of check-in to the Hotel.
  4. is a website that offers our customers/guests a standard room plan. Each Room plan has the availability of 2 Adults, and 2 Children, any addition to these will be chargeable as per extra bed and food at the time of check-in to the hotel.
  5. Children under the age of 18 are taken into consideration for children to check into the hotel. While the under-18s are already included in all room plans, any addition to this is chargeable at the hotel.

Group Plan

  1. Hotel Ibex offers a flat 10% discount on groups consisting of school children, college groups, random groups on 20-60 pax size. A 50% advance is also required to reserve the plan. Contact us for opting for this plan. GST 18% of the total billing price will be additionally charged.

Any other service/plan required policy & taxes such as the hiring of a taxi, flight reservation, bus reservation will be chargeable with applicable taxes. GST is inclusive within the room plan purchased from website. However, additional services will applicable with taxes. Room Plan reserved by phone call or email will attract GST inclusion. GST rates as applicable.

Our website is integrated with online transfer methods for advances/full payments to our official bank account so as to ensure smooth room-plan reservation. Followings are the ground rules for payment procedures:

  1. Hotel Ibex has the right to block/cancel/confirm/add/revert room-plan reservation.
  2. Only after the full confirmation of the payment or 50% or lump sum advance amount in part, received by Hotel Ibex will confirm the booking.
  3. Payments made through credit cards/debit cards/internet banking are required to transact 100% of the room plan when making complete reservation from this website.
  4. Refund and Cancellation policies applied here in case of room cancellation.
  5. In case of the balance due, the same will be collected at the hotel at the time of check-out.
  6. For cheque payment in full or 50% in part or agreed amount for advance, will establish the confirmation by email from Cheque no. with bank details i.e. account no., transaction reference to be furnished in correspondences up to the date of check-out from the hotel.

Followings are the ground rules for cancellation and refund procedures:

  1. as a website has the functionality to cancel or alter once you have reserved the room-plan and processed the payment. If you have to cancel the reservation, do so by cancelling in my booking page within 15 days of receiving booking confirmation received in your email inbox or even by calling on phone numbers given on this website. 15 days to reach us is the default standard.
  2. Our website is integrated with automated emails for confirmation/hold/processing of a room plan.
  3. For a cancellation refund, it will take give and take 15 days to reflect a refund in your bank account.
  4. Within 15 days following your cancellation request, the total refund will be reverted to your bank account.
  5. Beyond 15-30 days of the booking date to request a booking cancellation, 75% of the paid amount will be eligible for the refund.
  6. For more than 30 days, only 50% of paid amount will be refundable.
  7. Within 7 days of a confirmed booking date, a cancellation request will be non-refundable.

Who we are

Hotel Ibex Jispa is a hotel in the network hotel of Ibex Crevasse Hotel Private Limited Company. The Company as specified is located in Manali, village Rangri, Tehsil Manali, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, India. The Company established Hotel Ibex in village Jispa, P.O. Gemur, Tehsil Keylong, in the year 1996, hence to represent namesakes as a separate hotel in a different location has been used over this website i.e. Hotel Ibex Jispa, to give it a separate entity. We are primarily in Hotel Business in Manali and Jispa.

Any legal disputes, legal course, recourse arising within the framework of hotel ibex jispa is subjected to the jurisdiction of Manali, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

On our website,, contact forms, booking forms, or reservation forms are embedded mainly for executing the best level services to our customers. Hereby, contents in our forms only require email IDs, and Phone Numbers of our customers for billing purposes and establishing communications related to hotel room reservations. Email, Phone No. , is required at the time of checkout/while a customer is making a room plan reservation.


Comments are by default on the website enabled. Users/Customers/Visitors are allowed to comment and rate on the quality of the hotel services and the hotel itself in a constructive way. Fair Criticism through comments will be taken into consideration to improve upon the services and quality. Hotel Ibex Jispa website administrator has the right to remove any foul language, unsubstantiated allegation through comments, and any comment unjustifiable (such as a guest never checked into the hotel, yet commenting on the hotel-related performance).


Https:// website has no option to upload video, image, or any document on its site. Images/Videos/Documents posted or to be posted are primarily the property of website to share the hotel’s tariff, locations, details of rooms, services, sight-seeings for customers.

Cookies website does not store cookies to bombard the inboxes of our customers with unnecessary ads. No plugin or through any social media, stores your information. 

Analytics uses woocommerce and google analytics to oversee room sales, purchases by customers, user traffics, and hotel related performances.

Who we share your data with

By no means share any personal data with anyone.

How long we retain your data at the website and hotel

We retain the personal data of our customers who have made room reservations through the website in the form of email, phone number only, (which a customer has made while making a reservation) are not retained on the website after the guest has checked out. At the hotel level, we are abiding by the law to retain your identity as the Hotel location lies in the military zone. Your ID i.e. Addhar Card/Pass Port is required before check-in to the hotel. You are required by law to make reservation entry and check-out entry and other such details found in the entry-register at the reception/hotel.

What rights you have over your data

You have every right to ask to remove or withdraw any data that causes you to deem consider to remove or withdraw. Write to us, or call us, we will do the needful and as according to your concern.

Where we send your data

We do not sell, send, share, your data with any third-party individual, company, firm, whatsoever. It remains between the host (us) and our guest (you). On our contact page, a Contact form is installed to meet your queries that reach the official email ID of Hotel Ibex Jispa ( Our contact information has been given on this page so that guests/customers can solve their queries related to room plan reservations at Hotel Ibex Jispa.

How we protect your data as website hosts on a secure connection (with SLL certificate) which is encrypted.  The only data details required through billing forms are highly secured by third parties payment gateway such as  Razorpay.

When you reserve a room plan with us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details, and optional account information like username and password. We do not store this information only to establish room reservation communications. As specified, once the customer has checked out, that information is discarded from us. The forms at the time of check-out require: 

  1. Send you information about your account and order
  2. Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
  3. Process payments
  4. Comply with any legal obligations we have. We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address, and your phone number only. 

We will also store comments or reviews if you choose to leave them.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrator of the website and Manager Reservation, Public Relation, Manager Reception can access Booking information like what was booked, when it was booked and check-in and check-out time, payment made, Customer information like your name, email address, and phone number for billing purpose. Our team members as specified above have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

What we share with others

Our third-party payment gateways are highly secured with encrypted transaction methods. We do not store/collect your bank account details, your Credit/Debit Card number on our website, and neither the aforementioned payment gateway company.


We accept payments through Cheques, and Razor Pay. While processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Razorpay, including information required to process or supports the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

The entire website is equipped with google translation, that probably may not render absolute correct translation of a specific language of a country. Our basic idea behind this is to pass on all information related to hotel services, its location, surrounding areas, etc. to foreign clients or those regional clients.
